Keramas beach is the happening beach destination in Bali today especially for surfers. With fantastic waves suitable for pro surfers and has been the spot for many major events such as recently ASP 2013 and also Oakley World Pro Junior 2012.

Keramas beach in recent years has developing into surfers paradise with many surfing facilities and amenities added around the beach such as beach club and also accommodation such as private villas and many others on going development.

Type of break:

Powerful right hander that can produce some deep tube rides over a reef and rock bottom.

Like any good wave anywhere in the World Keramas is popular. This place can be surfed from waist high right through to triple over head. Early mornings are best at Keramas and can also be surfed through the dry season if conditions are right. Best size is in the head to double head high class.

Best Tide:
Normally depending on the Moon Phase at the time as long as there is enough water the rocks you should be ok.

Head north… It is on the same side as Sanur, Nusa dua etc… Near Ketewel. There is a little blue sign on the right hand side of the road with keramus in yellow writing that heads down a dirt track… Rather hard to find but worth searching for.
